Mr. Eberle is a Principal of the firm and a Senior Project Manager with over 32 years of experience in civil design, planning and project management. Specializing in both public improvement and private development projects, Mr. Eberle routinely serves as Nielsen Madsen + Barber’s (NMB) Civil Design Team Leader and he works with A/E design teams to coordinate the design / development process from concept through completion. Over the past 25+ years at NMB, Mr. Eberle has established a large client base and has developed numerous on-going partnerships with Architectural and MEP firms within the community. As Principal in Charge / Project Manager for upcoming RUSD Referendum projects Mr. Eberle will attend all design development meetings, oversee the development of project schedules and costs, assemble internal design teams, and facilitate contracting with sub-consultants, and provide guidance to the District and the remainder of the team to ensure well thought out design solutions.
Mr. Eberle has been the Principal in Charge / Project Manager for all projects highlighted in our RUSD RFQ response.

Overall coordination of educational projects including elementary, high school and college. These projects include Palmyra - Eagle, Green Bay, Riverview, Lakewood, Twin Lakes, Randall, Wheatland and Wilmot elementary schools; Salem, Union Grove and Big Foot high schools; Gateway Technical and Carthage College.
Research studies, environmental assessments, surveys, design and layout, renovations, addition improvements or new construction of buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, athletic fields, and sports arenas.
