Senior Land Surveyor
Mr. Madsen is a Principal of the firm and a Senior Project Manager / Land Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in land surveying, civil design, planning and construction related services. He has managed the firm’s land surveying division since 1995. Project types for which he has served as the lead contact include educational, institutions, transportation, airport and municipal. Mr. Madsen has extensive experience in drainage and flood control, pavement design, sanitary sewer and water utilities and private sector developments. As a result of Mr. Madsen’s expertise and reputation in southeast Wisconsin, he has built solid relationships with municipal leaders and area businesses. Mr. Madsen is currently the County Surveyor for Racine County. As Senior Land Surveyor for upcoming RUSD Referendum projects, Mr. Madsen will provide coordination and oversight of all survey related services as well as final quality assurance / quality control.

Land Surveying
·Expert land surveying experience in topographic surveys, base map development, utility mapping, computations of boundaries, platting, control networks and field investigations.
Land division development, oversight and review including Subdivision Plats, Certified Survey Maps and Condominium Plats.
Maintenance and restoration of Public Land Survey System (section corners) in Racine County.
Oversees UAS (drone) survey services for NMB.
